At Crown Ceramic Coating, we value both your time and ours. To secure or cancel your appointment, please read the required terms and conditions below. The below pages will explain our non-refundable deposit fee and how it will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Payment Process

Deposit Required

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Remaining Balance

The final 50% is due upon completion of the service.

Accepted Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash at the time of service.

Booking Confirmation

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations

24-Hour Notice Required

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling Option

If canceled with proper notice, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.

Business Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
